The rooms were very well equipped and the host was just extremely kind. He went above and beyond to explain everything in detail and made sure we were as comfortable as possible. 👍Sadly 5 stars is the limit, I'd give more if I could.
We stayed at this charming little place for five days and are so satisfied with everything. The host has thought of everything in terms of amenities- tea, coffee, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, iron and even umbrellas for when it may rain or happen to be too sunny. What a lovely couple the hosts are- they went out of their way to make us comfortable! To the extent that when our luggage was delivered by sagawa, our kind host physically carried both suitcases up and handed them to us. Thank you so much Mr Zhaoming Yang.🙏

Kindest most helpful owners and well equipped apartment super close to Ōkubo station and 20 minutes walk to shinjuku. Really good hot water, washing facilities and AC. Will definitely be back! Owner also very kindly dropped and picked us up from the train station 🥰
