AQ Car Rental
I had a great experience with AQ Car Rental and would highly recommend them. They were very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. A few days before my departure, they contacted me to arrange everything in advance, which gave me a lot of confidence before arriving in Japan. When I landed at Narita Airport, I followed their instructions and WhatsApped them, and they picked me up promptly. The car handover process was smooth and efficient. They accept both cash and credit card, and I really appreciated that no deposit was required.I was travelling with my friend’s family, so I had concerns about the car size. After I shared my concern, they quickly arranged a bigger car for me on the second day (with a reasonable top-up). This really made my trip much more comfortable and hassle-free.I want to especially thank the team — including 董小姐 and the friendly staff whose wife is also from Malaysia — for being so accommodating and warm. Their service made a huge difference to my trip.Highly recommended!
