For car enthusiasts looking for an unforgettable experience in Japan, this is the place to go. Communication before, during, and after the rental was prompt, friendly, thorough, and informative. These people are clearly passionate about cars and eager to share it with others. Staff was warm. Keo, the point of contact was helpful every step of the way. Awesome selection of cars to choose from that are well taken care of. Highlight of my first time in Japan was driving my teenage dream car through the mountains of Hakone. Couldn’t have been easier and more enjoyable of an experience! Thank you, NRT Rent-a-Car!
I cannot recommend NRT Rent a Car highly enough. I have already rented from them twice with complete satisfaction. The communication is outstanding. They reply quickly, are very friendly and truly professional from the first message until the end of the rental. They are incredibly willing to accommodate special requests which made both experiences feel personal and easy.Their vehicle selection is excellent especially if you love performance cars. I rented a Subaru WRX STI Blobeye on my first trip and a Subaru BRZ on the second. Both cars were in perfect condition, very clean and exactly what I wanted for my budget. Driving them in Japan was pure joy. What really sets them apart is their flexibility and genuine customer focus. They go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want. I was so impressed that I have already pre booked my next rental with them for my upcoming trip.If you are thinking about renting a car to drive in Japan especially Tokyo, do yourself a favor and choose NRT Rent a Car. You will not be disappointed.Highly recommended. EASY five stars.
Renting a dream car here was an amazing experience. Everything was very smooth, and the staff is highly competent. I will definitely rent from them again the next time I’m in Japan, and you should too if you want a great JDM rental experience without any problems for a fair price!
The experience was great. We rented the Toyota Proceed 4ws for a week and the communication before and during the rental period was great. While not the sportiest car, the little modifications it had made it a fun and practical car for our big roadtrip. It was easy to drive, had lots of space and was very comfortable as well. The car was really clean and well maintained so we didn’t have any issues during our rental time. The whole process of getting to- and back to the rental location was really simple and straightforward. The Shuttle service provided from the Terminal 2 at Narita Airport was especially helpful, and we are really thankful for it. Everyone was very friendly, and we even had a nice chat after returning the car. Overall, a really great team. We will definitely rent from NRT Rent a Car again and look forward to returning to Japan

We had a great experience renting an S2000 from NRT Rent-a-Car. The whole process was smooth and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful from start to finish.Communication with the rental was clear. The staff made everything easy to understand, and being able to communicate in both English Cantonese was an unexpected bonus for us.The S2000 was a fantastic car and made our drive through Hakone one of the highlights of our Japan trip. We really enjoyed having the opportunity to experience such a special Japanese sports car on some amazing roads.Returning the car was also very easy, and the staff kindly drove us back to Terminal 2 afterwards, which we really appreciated.Overall, a very friendly and enjoyable rental experience. I would happily rent from NRT Rent-a-Car again next time we visit Japan. Highly recommended, especially if you’re looking to experience an interesting Japanese car rather than a typical rental car.
