Staff was nice, but we ran into a couple issues I think can be easily fixed. First, the car wasn't cleaned thoroughly before we picked it up. There was trash between the seats.Second, when we turned in our car we had to wait 30 minutes before someone was at the shop. Apparently only 1 employee was working. They provide pick-up at the airport and a ride to the airport when leaving. Due to this, having only one employee working will not work.I will definitely give them a second chance and try their service again.

1st time renting in NRT and so far i did not encounter any issues with this rental company for the Alphard gen 3. The staffs were nice and they pick and drop me off at my desired airport but they speak mandarin which was totally fine for me.Only issues i had was the car had multiple small damages and issue but it wasnt a hindrance to driving and safety so all was good!
