I’ll write in English as well.子どもが生後半年から小学校入学前まで約6年間お世話になりました。どこの園にするか決める際に、他の園を見学する予定もありましたが、ひまわり保育園に最初に見学に行って即決。その理由は、園の温かな雰囲気と園長先生とお話しさせていただいた時に、ここで間違いないと直感したからです。先生方は皆、とても明るく温かく子供たち一人一人に真摯に向き合っており、子どもたちは生き生きと過ごしています。まるで「第二の家」のような、そんな雰囲気です。保護者に対しても気遣いがあり、娘が反抗期や難しい時期にもホッとする言葉を何度もかけてくださり、心が軽くなる事が何度もありました。お子さんを伸び伸びと、温かな環境の中で育てたいと思っておられる方は、この園は間違いなく相応しい場所だと思います。外国籍のお子さんの受け入れにも慣れており、多様性に対する経験や理解もある素晴らしい園です。I can’t explain enough how wonderful this nursery is.My daughter went here since she was 6 months old until before she entered primary school.This nursery is just like kid’s second home.All the teachers are very friendly, kind and sincere towards both of kids and their parents.Teachers are professional.Also they have understanding of foreign families, and have a lot of experience in dealing with them.If you are Japanese or non Japanese, Highly recommend this nursery for everyone!Personally, l give them 10- stars:)
It is a very good nursery school with all kind teachers and good atmosphere. During our stay in Kyoto my daughter attended the school for a year and we were happy to be a part of this little community where my daughter always loves to go to school. One year at this school helped her a lot to develop early cognitive abilities well and achieve all milestone on time.Teachers try their best to communicate in English with help of Translation device with parents. One teacher is very helpful & good at English speaking.

周辺のオススメ
建物は古いけど保育士さんは間違いなくいいです。慣らし保育も短期間で終わって子供も登園時泣かなくなるのが早かったです。先生も話しやすくてとてもいい雰囲気。園児と話しても保育園が楽しいと言っていました。園児が変な怪我をしたこともなくオムツかえも頻繁でオムツかぶれもありません。お散歩もよく連れて行ってくれて雨の日の遊びも工夫がされていて子供の心が育つ保育園だと思います。
