I walked into this Mizuho Bank branch without an appointment, hoping to open a bank account. The staff at the reception were very kind and asked about my situation. They explained that an appointment was needed, but also suggested I try applying online.I went home and applied online, and the application went through successfully. Later, I faced an issue—foreign residents couldn’t receive a physical card through the online process—so I made an appointment to visit the bank a few days later.However, before the appointment, a staff member called me and told me that the issue had already been resolved, and I no longer needed to visit. Everything was handled so smoothly and efficiently. As a foreign resident, I really appreciated the kindness and support. Great experience with Mizuho Bank!
