You can stay in this dorms for maximum of 2 years.The dorm is arguably the best option the University offers for students in Toyonaka Campus.The rooms are small but enough for a student to operate.The walls are kind of too thin and you can hear regular speech from the neighbors often.The dorm management are very friendly and professional.Once a month some activities (food, culture, welcome party, traditional clothing...) occur in the common hall of the dorms.One thing worth mentioning when comparing this dorm with Seimei Dormitory: (true for 2026)Don't be fooled by the dorms pricing on the website. In seimei you need to pay 8000 base fair+ 16000¥ for the common facilities. (Numbers are rounded)Whereas in international house you pay around 22000¥ per month.So it's basically the same fee for both dorms with much better services and privacy in international House.
Family friendly dorm for Osaka University students. For less than 200$ (2023) you can rent 2DK room with furnitures! The staffs and resident assistants also very helpful and kind. Lots of secondhanded things shared by the residents. The location is also near to almost any essential things for students. Very recommended for your first time visit in Osaka or Japan.
The best budget dorm for Osaka University students! I got free refrigerator, diffuser, electric kettle, and etc from here! Then I can bring those things to my apartment later

Everything is very old and almost falling apart. Cabinets don't close well, oven is rusty. Unless you are looking for a really really cheap place, you probably should look elsewhere.
