Wiring money and using their online forex to change currency is excellent and has almost unbelievable rates. Very friendly people work at the clean, stylish and conveniently located branch. A place to improve is that their ATM cards go bad very easily (every few months I need to get a new one no matter how careful I am with it... hence I’m sitting here again.) It’s been years and the staff knows it’s a problem for many customers, and yet it persists. Also the chairs in the waiting area are back to back and very close, so be careful not to hit your head against the person sitting behind you. Myself and the unfortaunate ojisan behind me just found that out the hard way. By the staffs’ reaction, it wasn’t the first time that problem has come up either. Overall, as far as banks go it’s real nice, so I stick with it despite the crappy ATM cards and too-proximately positioned waiting chairs.
Agence qui possède des employés à l'inverse des plus petites agences qui n'en ont pas. Ferme à 17:00 en semaine mais pas d'horaires indiqués.Je les ai juste vus fermer à 17:00. Les ATM lisent les cartes étrangères à l'inverse des petites agences mais ils ne font pas d'échange de monnaie ni aux ATM ni aux guichets.
