Very friendly staff. This is the first time we visited Okinawa. We stayed at Yomitan thinking we could just get around with taxi/uber. But we soon realized it is very expensive (13,000 yen just to get from the airport to our Airbnb). I soon booked a compact car (Prius) at night then picked up the next day morning. The car is a 2025 model with only 6000 miles on it and was very clean. The staff spoke a little English, but there was a male employee (seemed to be the manager) spoke better English and helped quite a bit. When we returned the car, they also helped to call a taxi for us at our request as we have many luggage and wanted to make sure the taxi is large enough, saving a lot of trouble. I chose this car rental primarily because they were one of the few having decent English website and instruction. I also liked the fact there is a roadside assistance (though I didn’t verify whether it’s entirely free). I turned out really like their service. To communicate with the rental agency after you rent a car, you can either call or email. As we don’t speak Japanese, I emailed them instead and received a reply back within 30 min.
