The 70 yo Japanese Uncle Matsumoto San was very patient despite having to teach our group of eight, including kids and adults. Learned the basics and hope to come back again for more practice.

Very patient instructor who showed us around and even gave us Japanese sweets at the end of the lesson.Had a lot of fun learning to ski with Hideki sensei. Definitely will come back here again.Also there's food that you can eat there after the morning ski lesson 👍. The ramen was delicious.Last but not least, when heading into the ski school, be careful of snow falling on you from the roof of the building from the left of the Zao Heim Ski School signboard.
We had lessons for 5 consecutive days and my skiing really improved! Mica and the team are fabulous
Good school good instructor n lunch. Patient to teach us as this is our first time. The instructor is multi tasking capable guy too, he went to kitchen help n cook after our class. really nice we chose this school.
Great instructor for my first time skiing, felt safe on the mountain and learnt a lot.

I arranged for a 1 day ski lesson / refresher for my daughter with Zao Heim and Mika-san was very friendly and helpful to confirm it over email in advance and gave me clear instructions on how to get to the school when I arrived.Masato-san was my daughter's instructor and he was very friendly and warm. My daughter really enjoyed her lesson with him and also improved on her technique thanks to Masato-san's guidance!Thanks Zao Heim for the professionalism and care taken with your customers and students! If you're looking for a ski school for lessons when visiting Zao Onsen Ski resort, I highly recommend Zao Heim!
