素晴らしい💕
This is Tokyo Kenshu Centre (TKC), under AOTS Management for Training Centre. Its like international hub here, where you can see people from another continent here. This place offered complete facilities for trainees such as canteen, laundry, personal room, seminar room, common room, smoking area and more.I Just finished my training conducted on Mar 2024 which is during winter and temperature here is between 1 to 13 Celcius. During cold time you can operated air conditioner in the room with heater funtion.Pro Tips :1) See weather forecast in preparation of clothing, there are near to accurate. Sometime in the winter you can see snow.2) Take a walk to Sumida River to see beautiful sakura tree.3) During your travel to Tokyo City, choose the route by using Maps by Google app. It can show you route option with total cost.4) Walking and Standing in Japan is long as your travel around the centre, bring along your walking shoes and exercise prior the training.5) Prepared you moisturiser as the air sometime dry and your skin may have rash and dry.6) Cash is easy, just go to nearby 7e or family mart and use your visa debit card in local atm machine (cost is 200 yen). Have multiple language.
I stayed at the AOTS Tokyo Kenshu Center for a little under two weeks n connection with a training course I attended in Tokyo.I found the accommodations fine. I stayed during the summer month of August but the air-conditioning was up to the task. Even when I returned later in the afternoon/at night, I never found my room on the second floor to be warm from the sun and starting the air conditioning cooled the room very quickly. Air-conditioning can also go quite cold (real below 20C).Accommodations were also clean and the room is made up every day. I added a bit of a rushed video walkaround of the room and hopefully it gives a better sense of the room.As you can see (or not see), the accommodations were also sufficiently modern. While the room does not pretend to be newly constructed, the toilet has modern furnishings (including a Japanese washlet), and the room itself does not look dated. I was surprised that a large office-style desk was provided (owing probably to the kind of guests that stay here) which is considerable larger than most hotel desks.I would comment though that the water pressure for cool water was rather low. In contrast, the warm water had very high pressure. I also found the number of free electrical outlets (one in the room, one in the bath, and one USB Type-A port) to be lacking. Definitely bring an extension cord or a multi-port charger.I am also picturing the included breakfast for reference. There is also warm and cold tea from a dispenser and various Asian condiments (like sriracha) available for those who enjoy these. Lunch and dinner are also offered but I did not try this. There is no cafeteria service on Sundays.Apart from the room and the food, there are also two weighing scales at the lobby for those worried about their luggage as well as several vending machines, laundry rooms (pictured), function rooms for karaoke, sofas, table tennis tables, and ice and water dispensers on the upper floors. In terms of location, the TKC is a short walk from three stations: Kita-Senju, Keisei-Seikiya, and Uchida. Since there is little shade walking to these stations, it can sometimes be a struggle on sunny days. Convenience stores are also a few minutes walk away but definitely not a situation where you can quickly pop out for a quick konbini run and get back to your room. I would definitely recommend doing your run on your way back to TKC.Overall, I enjoyed my stay at TKC and look forward to staying here again in the future.

I had the privilege of attending the AOTS TKC training program from 2nd to 16th September 2025, representing the AOTS Trivandrum Centre. The program was an excellent learning experience, both in terms of content and delivery. The faculty members were outstanding—highly knowledgeable, approachable, and effective in bridging theoretical concepts with real-world applications. Their teaching methods ensured that every participant could connect deeply with Japanese management principles, modern corporate strategies, and global perspectives. The facilities at TKC were world-class. From well-equipped lecture halls and training spaces to the comfortable accommodation and dining arrangements, everything was meticulously organized to create a conducive environment for learning and interaction. The support staff was also very helpful and ensured smooth coordination throughout the program. What made the training truly special was the opportunity to engage with participants from different countries and industries. The interactive sessions, case studies, and group discussions encouraged diverse viewpoints, helping me enrich my professional and cultural understanding.Overall, I would describe the AOTS TKC training as a transformational experience. It has broadened my perspective on corporate management, strengthened my knowledge of Japanese practices, and given me valuable tools to apply in my professional journey. I sincerely thank AOTS and TKC for this wonderful opportunity.Suresh Babu B VOTTOTRACTIONSAOTS Trivandrum Centre
