Wow what a fun afternoon making Buckwheat noodles and tempura.Masa and Junko were amazing hosts and created a lovely relaxed atmosphere. I especially enjoyed eating the food we all prepared then chatting u0026 sharing a drink with you both afterwards.Highly recommended if you want an authentic cooking experience in Tokyo with small groups and good vibes.Thanks again

素晴らしい経験!!!2週間前に私のbfと私はお好み焼きクラスに行きましたが、オーナー（甘いカップル）はとても親切で、忍耐強く、歓迎してくれました。夫はクラスを主催し、素晴らしい英語を話しました。気にする人のために、彼らは必ず写真を撮ってあなたにすぐに送るだけでなく、授業中に自分で写真を撮ることもできます。彼らはとても整然としていて、その場所はとても素晴らしいです（日本の大きな家のように感じます）。クラスの最後に彼らと一緒に食事をするのはすてきでした。来年はクラスを増やすために来年は間違いなく来ます。（原文）Amazing experience!!!My bf and I went to an Okonomiyaki class two weeks ago and the owners (a sweet couple) were so nice, patient and welcoming. The husband hosted the class and had a great English. For those who mind, they make sure to take photos and send them to you immediately, but also allow to take some by yourself during class.They are very organised, the place is absolutely wonderful (feels a little bit like a big Japanese home) and it was sooo nice to sit down to eat with them at the end of the class.i will definitely come back next year for more classes.

Class was conducted in English. Definitely a must try! The class offers a very welcome respite from the touristy offerings (and trappings) of Greater Tokyo. As it turned out only my wife and I were the students for that class - lucky us! Our instructor quickly made us feel at ease, carefully explained the different stages of preparing the Ramen soup base, gave us insightful tidbits of Japanese culture and cuisine and put it all together for us at the end. Highly recommended!

My brother came in town and we were fortunate to find this cooking class. Masa and Junko, who run the shop and classes, were amazing teachers and so friendly.It's very clear that they have students from all over the world. Our rolled sushi class was in English and we even had another couple taking the class with us from Australia. It was so easy to follow along and learned a lot.We thought ahead of time that we might be hungry after, but at the end of the class, there was more than enough food. We each had tea, miso soup, two sushi rolls, mille-feuille, dashimaki tamago, and even some complementary sake. Everything we made at Chagohan tasted amazing!They offer other classes in ramen, gyoza, okonomiyaki, nigiri sushi, bentos, tempura, sake tastings, and even vegetarian sushi. We definitely want to come back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a taste of traditional Japanese culinary.

Such a wonderful experience. The married couple (owners) that arrange the experience are so thoughtful and highly knowledgeable regarding the cooking class. They made us feel like we were their friends/family. The experience is so professionally done while also feeling like we were cooking at home. Would definitely return here again when we visit Japan again.
