This exhibition house of ichijo komuten is of iSmart series. It’s very good ambience and high performance building with very high safety standards.The major highlights of this iSmart series houses are :High-performance heat insulating material "high-performance urethane foam"Highly airtight structure. Additionally, the whole building is provided with floor heater, including the bathrooms. That makes Ichijo standout from the other house makers.anti-termite treatment done for all the wood used.Ichijo's waterproof measures are superior. Even it is flooded for 1.5 meter, water won't get into the house. So, it is really suitable for the Edogawa-Ku..Large-capacity solar power generation.Ichijo's "Hydrotect Tile" are used for the exterior wall. For i-Smart product, it is an option, but still, it worth it, as it is self cleaning tiles.
