Went here today to register an automatic monthly payment for the apartment I'm going to rent. To be honest, I was a bit anxious before I came here as I dont speak Japanese yet. But the staff who helped me was very nice and kind, he spoke a little English and we mostly used Translation apps to communicate but everything went well. He was very thorough and patiently answered all my questions.

ここの窓口はいつも混んでいる印象ですが対応が良くストレスを感じたことがありません。
私は一度だけ行ったが、スタッフはとても親切でした。彼らは私を助けてくれましたが、私は主に英語を話し、ほんの少しの日本語しか理解できませんでした。（原文）I went only once, but the staff was very nice. They helped me, although I could mainly speak English and only understand a tiny bit of Japanese.

I'm a foreigner and went here to ship international packages, and the staff was absolutely amazing. I had some trouble understanding the process, but the attendant there was extremely helpful and walked me through the process. We communicated through a translator, and everything went well. I'm so grateful to this local post office for their time and dedication. 5/5.
