I stayed in a 1b1b here for 2 months and had a good experience in general. The appliances in the room are amazing. Everything is cleaned by house keeping services every two days. Some suggestions for improvements:1. Turn off the televisions in the breakfast area. They're an annoying distraction when trying to have a peaceful breakfast. During our two month stay, I never once saw any customer watching them with interest.2. Replace the network login system with a simple wifi SSID and password per room. This would make logging into the network simpler and more reliable, and make it easier to connect between devices.3. The Sony televisions and Blueray boxes have a terrible user interface for watching streaming services such as YouTube and Netflix. They're also very unreliable and keep dropping off the network. Replace them with Google ChromeCasts, which work so much better.

Stay here for few days and booked via airbnb.. Call it better space compared the rest of apt service around tokyo.My local friends told me is an upscale area.
