Initially, I ordered through Okayama Denim for a Brown's Beach jacket. After seemingly endless emails back and forth with customer service, finding an error on their listing, and the manufacturer being out of stock, I ended up ordering two pairs of jeans. They were even hemmed to my length free of charge. I have to ultimately thank Ryo for putting up with all my questions, and helping me find alternatives I was happy with. Extremely fast international shipping to boot. Couldn't be happier! Ryo is the man! Highly recommend Okayama Denim, and look forward to ordering more in the future.

Just completed my first order with the shop and I couldn’t be more pleased.I wanted to offer my feedback for anybody looking to order online .As far as shipping, it was incredibly fast and the communication was excellent. I received confirmation shipping and a thank you email. The product ship from Japan and was at my door in Canada in about a week.As far as the product, their sizing chart that I used on the stores site was spot on which instills a lot of confidence for future purchases.In regards to the item, I was looking for something different as I am currently working on breaking in a few few pairs of denim .I decided on the Omoto sheepskin cotton pants, I’m extremely happy with my choice. The pictures do not do the craftsmanship justice.I’d wanted to try this brand due to the founders experience within the Japanese denim world. The attention to detail and the materials used for first class.I would highly recommend this shop to anybody looking to make a purchase of Japanese denim related products

my second raw denim but this is the absolute best out of my 15 pairs! i waited almost 2 years for this collaboration and it is well worth the wait. the back pocket hidden arcuates is the holy grail. all the other details are carefully and amazingly put together too!
Great shop with great staff, and great location! Bit tricky to find, but worth it! When I arrived I didn't know they were by appointment only, but it wasn't too busy and Kyle was very helpful and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area! 🙏
5 of 5 stars does not even describe the service at Okayama Denim! Make sure to reserve online before coming just to see what they have to offer. The guys there know their stuff and give you the best products and tips. After 10 min, I walked out as a happy man with a fantastic pair of Japanese selvedge denim that I was looking for in terms of size, fit, and details. I will 100% come back for my next piece.
One of the best experiences we had in Japan!! The denim stock is great and Kyle gave us a great customer experience. To get to know the story of every piece, colaboration and style was amazing. I’m really happy with my visit and with the jeans we bought.I highly recomend making a reservation before going. We were lucky to arrive without one but do it just in case ;)For my husband and I, selvege denim has a very special meaning and we were so happy to get to experience this store / brand.If you are looking for japanese selvege denim, this is the place!

I visited their showroom in Tokyo and it was the best denim experience I had on my trip. We felt welcomed right when we walked in. The team offered us water and a small gift to entertain my daughter as we shopped.As for the denim, they had a wide selection across brands and tons of stock. Their OD collabs were super unique with colors I’ve never seen before. I ended up with 2 pairs of denim and 2 tops. They hemmed the pants the day of and had everything ready to pick up. Big thanks to the team and definitely will be ordering from the states going forward!
