平日の夜で空いていたせいか、ワンオペ。空いてるのにトイレ前の席はイヤだな。味は普通に美味しいけど、マトンカレーだけどマトン感はほぼなし。あと、生ビールもネパールビールもメニューにはあるけど、無いからサービス⭐︎2

Finally someone made the GMap address of this eatery. Used to dine in or order takeouts here a lot when I still lived around the area (2016 - mid 2023) whenever I wanted to treat myself or crave 'Indian' food. Befriended the previous owner of the place (a West Bengali) and in turn he sometimes gave me a treat (something like small items like samosa, papad, or warm chai). Dude also cooked some secret dishes that weren't in the menu list (e.g., aloo ghobi), which were available only upon request.The food itself was alright - standard Japanese Indian stuffs. Ditto with the price. Noticed the quality and service declined a lot after the new ownership takeover (some time after the lockdown period in 2021) and thus afterward didn't visit it as frequently as it used to be. There was one occasion when I saw a mice (!!!) there during my visit.

This halal restaurant is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from Ookayama Station's west gate. It wasn't too crowded during lunch hour, making it a pleasant place to dine. The menu offers a good options, including the choice between rice or naan. However, there was only one staff member available to take orders, which might cause some delays. Overall, a decent place to enjoy a halal meal.
