I am a foreigner I can speak Japanese but my kanji is still questionable.i went cus I have kidney stones and wanted to check on it . So when I went there for first time, as usual at any clinic they give you a paper to write about your health. So I was writing using translator and after 4 min, suddenly a women comes to me asked me if I am having trouble writing the paper, I said yea I am having little trouble in kanji. so she just pulled me into another room and she took the paper and just asked me questions, and she wrote it for me and I felt more comfortable because it was another room not infort of every one and she wrote it for me. The doctor was also relaxed, calm talking and listened to what I have to say and helped me with what I wanted to know about my kidney stones. The only problem I found was you have to wait a lot if you didn't reserve with phone. so I went there around 10 am and 10 people who came after me finished before me and people who were ther before also finished before, I was last to leave at 12:40 the store closes 12:30 on sat. and because the Infront lady knew I had to wait a lot, she told me when I was paying, you have to reserve so you can get treated faster. Ngl you might not get treated the same way like me but the people were really helpful.
