Mr. Oki's customer service goes above and beyond. He is fluent in English and can help you with what ever you need for your computer. He has also made a business out of helping people switch over from costly phone carriers like Docomo and SoftBank to OCNoneMobile. This is precisely what he did for me. It was a multi-step process which Shigeki assisted me with every step of the way. Without him, I wouldn't have been able to do it. I am extremely happy with my phone service now!! By switching from docomo, I am literally saving around 5000¥ per month. If you have a docomo phone, you can switch to OCN because they use docomo towers. I had a lot of phone troubles in Japan, but with Mr. Oki's help, I feel stress free and happy about it. I highly recommend you consult him before contracting with a large phone company. Thank you!!
