初めて利用した。あまり民宿に慣れていないのもあり、自分のベットまでたどり着くまでに苦労した。セルフ式の民宿。予約確認メールと別で、当日の13時くらいに、玄関のオートロックの4桁の番号と自分の部屋番号ベット番号が記載されたメールが送られてくる。それで、中に入る感じ。分からない事があれば、オーナーに電話してどうすれば良いか聞くといいです。立地は青砥駅徒歩10分でいいです。民宿は衛生的で掃除がされており、海外のお客さんがほとんどでしたが、皆さん静かに過ごされていました。壁は薄いです。貴重品ロッカーはない。部屋の鍵もない。シャワールームは扉を紐で結ぶ仕様。使用はしなかった。
agodaのコメントみるとタオルもないのがありえないとか書いてるアホがいるけどさ100均とかで買って滞在中だけ使って捨てて帰えりゃええやん。100円のタオル2枚もありゃ大デブじゃねーかぎり体拭けるだろ？駅ビルにダイソーあるし徒歩1分くらいの所に24時間営業のローソンストア100ある。
泊まっている人達の良識次第。
Un po' freddo, la simpatica miss key ci tiene probabilmente a non spendere troppa energia, ma uscire dalla camera e diversi quasi mettere un giubbotto mi sembra eccessivo...c'è ancora da fare qualche ritocchino tipo le tende che dividono i letti,ma la signora ne è cosciente, magari la prossima volta sarà meglio
Económico y agradable. Un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad pero compensa con el precio y comodidad.
青砥駅から近い(ただし裏通りでわかりにくい) 空港や上野駅からのアクセスもいい。表通りを真っ直ぐいったところの環七沿いのバス停からはディズニーランド行のバスあり。
とてもきれいなゲストハウスでした。いろいろな設備も揃っており、本当に満足しています。観光アクセスもよく、とても気さくなオーナーさんで、次は家族でお世話になりたいな♪と思いました。
駅から5分。そして、成田からも羽田からも好アクセス。品川駅からも1本。浅草、上野、スカイツリーへの便利なアクセス。なにより、とっても落ち着くジャパニーズモダンなゲストハウス。そして、明るく楽しいオーナーに会いに、また帰ってきたくなるお家です。
