Oaks is an international student's hostel for YNU students. It's a very nice and clean place to lodge. With diverse cultural background, students are able to make friends and learn a lot from one another.
It's a great facility for international students. The rooms are air-conditioned, with a fridge, bed and matress, a set of reading table, a sink, toilet and wardrobe. There is diverse culture and that's is great if you are not afraid of cultural diversity. Gumyoji train station is 4minutes slow walk away.
I enjoyed my stay in OIR, I liked its proximity to Yokohama Municipal Subway (Gumyoji blue line Station), street market and Family Mart convenience store on the ground floor.

Very nice beautiful residence, a place to relax very safe!a bit small!but enough for single resident to utilise!well and new furnitures and all utilities!little changes should be made in payment of bathrooms and showers!everyother things are the best!4stars from me!
