The nail salon have extremely talented staff who did a great job on a manicure for me. Gel nails with designs that blew me away! Would highly recommend this salon if you want attention to detail and walking out with gorgeous looking nails.
We had our best gel manicures ever from Aki and another amazing lady. They were friendly and welcoming when we didn’t know the custom of making a reservation. We tried Aki’s new polish and sang along to sister act together. I just wish we had known about this in advance so we could have some time for nail art - all their work is beautiful!
I went to this nail salon a little over a month ago and it was my worst nail experience to date. The staff new English which was a plus, and at the time the manicure itself seemed great. The woman who did my nails was very talented and the drawings were amazing! Unfortunately within a week one nail was already coming up and shortly after more and more nails were coming up. At a little over two weeks almost all my nails were coming up and snagging on everything, which is dangerous because it can harm the nail. I contacted the nail salon but the policy was either come back within two weeks to get them fixed or get 50% off your next manicure. Because of work I was not able to come back within two weeks and I have no interest in going back to a place where I received such a horrible quality manicure. For a 12,000 yen manicure I expect it to last more than two weeks. Go to this nail salon at your own risk, I won't be going back.
