Amazing service by all the staff here. I needed to send a package back to the uk and they were so helpful. I didn’t feel rushed. And they really took the time to explain everything to me. Even though I don’t speak Japanese we were able to communicate through translation tools.If you are staying nearby I would recommend using this service!

Thank you so much to the staff at this post office branch! We shipped off our first big package from Kyoto to Stockholm, Sweden. The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. Despite the language barrier, we made it work with the translating apps and the staff knew English. I definitely and highly recommend this post office branch to all the foreigners who needs help sending a package off!Arigatou gozaimasu🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️
