We bought one suitcase and the costumer service was great. A gentleman explained all the features of the item. They have a good selection of suitcases from different brands, sizes and prices, plus some purses, bags, wallets, etc. We highly recommend this business
The staff at Tanimura Kyoto were so helpful and kind. I purchased a new carry-on and backpack. They even have a measuring tool to confirm the case meets the airline guidelines. I highly recommend this shop.
We needed an extra suitcase and visited this luggage store. The service was very warm, one of the staff asked our demand and budget and introduced three kinds of 28-inch suitcases, with price range from 11000, 20000 to 55000 JPY. We bought one and left the store with full satisfaction.

Very helpful. Good service and good prices, I was leaving Kyoto and my suitcase gave out. They were great! The suitcases seem very good but as I have only had mine for a day, I can’t say for sure.Don’t buy from other luggage shops in the area. Many of the other luggage shops nearby are much more expensive and the staff are not helpful.
