Un posto speciale sull'isola del cuore! Kureishi san vi accoglierà col il suo sorriso al porto e vi dirà tutto quello che c'è da sapere sull'isola! Davanti la sua casa fantasiosa troverete un grande Buddha allegro tra macchine d'epoca e la vostra personale "casetta" con la cucina, il bagno con goemon boro e la deliziosa stanza Zen con tatami e futon. Comincerete la giornata con una colazione preparata con amore, che per me funzionava anche da pranzo per varietà ed abbondanza.La casetta è vicino al porto di Lleura e Kureishi vi aiuterà a prenotare le bici elettriche, necessarie per girare al meglio Teshima scoprendo tutte le opere e installazioni.Vicino casa c'è una signora gentilissima che vende le fragole più dolci che abbia mai mangiato! Salutatemi lei e Kureishi finché non tornerò all'isola del cuore!
Kureishi is an amazing host. He took very good care of us and has made our stay on Teshima a memorable experience.He waited for us in the port and then made a little tour of the port town from the car. He reserved nice electric bikes for us, even though the bike shop was closed. Then explained to us everything about the island, what to look out for, where to go and not go, which restaurants are open, basically everything we needed to know. So we could explore the island for the whole day, while he held on to our luggage.In the evening when we officially checked-in he brought us some welcome drinks and snacks and explained everything about the house.The house itself is an old style Japanese house. You sleep in a tatami floor room on a mattress bed. It can get a bit cold, but we had some heaters on which made the rooms nice and cozy. The bathroom features a big cauldron for a special old Japanese bath, but we actually didn't use it.In the morning Kureishi made us an amazing breakfast and afterwards drove to our ferry.Kureishi, you are the best! We spent 6 nights at Kure chan's house, and it was absolutely wonderful! He is such a gracious host. He tuned in to our interests and suggested adventures we would not have otherwise had access to. He cooked the most delicious food for us! The little house is beautiful, spacious, and so comfortable. The days were cold but we were warm and cozy.If you stay here it will be the highlight of your trip to Japan.I strongly suggest booking more than the standard couple of days. Slow down and wonderful things will happen.Arigatou Kure-chan!!!

엄청나게 훌륭한 숙소 입니다. 호스트분이 엄청 친절하십니다. 테시마에서 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 조금 오래 됐지만 전통 일본식 숙소를 경험할 수 있었습니다. 숙소가 엄청 깔끔해요. 조식도 정성스럽게 준비해주십니다. 모든 것이 감동적입니다. 이 숙소를 강력 추천 합니다.
至今为止住过的最好的民宿。有的地方得5分是因为它值得5分，而kureishi先生的家得5分是因为谷歌地图最高只能打5分。
We had a wonderful time staying here. Kureishi is incredibly warm and hospitable and made sure we made the most out of our trip to Teshima. We had the perfect balance of privacy and help from him.The accomodation is quaint and comfortable, and we especially loved trying the traditional cauldron bathtub!A lot of dinner places were closed so he offered to make us dinner (and breakfast) which were both really delicious.Definitely the best place to stay on the island at an excellent price point!
妻と2泊しました。フェリーから降りるなりプラカードで迎えて下さり、ちょっとした送迎や観光案内をしていただき、お陰でとても楽しく島ライフを過ごすことができました。ホスピタリティに溢れ、夕方に山頂の展望台に連れて行って頂き、瀬戸内海の穏やかな海と島々、美しい夕陽を妻と見ることができたのは忘れられない思い出になりました。瀬戸芸だけではない魅力のたくさんある島で、また家族で訪れたいです。
We had an amazing stay and the best host at Kurechan’s house.The beautiful traditional house was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family of four. It is close to the ferry, buses and restaurants and made getting around easy.The host not only was very helpful and a wealth of information for our stay, but also went above and beyond to help us figure out tricky transportation and site seeing issues. He was generous and fun, and simultaneously quick and thoughtful with our questions about getting around the island.I hope we can come back soon to enjoy the hospitality of the house and awesome host!
