I was staying at the nearby RIHGA Royal Hotel during my one-month trip through Japan and needed a haircut. I found Cleo International Hair Salon online and was able to book an appointment the same day — even as a foreigner who doesn’t speak Japanese.The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Communication worked smoothly with a translation app, and one team member spoke a bit of English as well.I’m really happy with the haircut, and the head massages were especially relaxing. As a non-Japanese speaker, I truly felt well taken care of.Highly recommended for other travelers — thank you for the great experience! Arigatou gozaimasu!
雰囲気は、ゆつたりとおちついてちょっとリッチな感じを味わえましたー始めて行った時も，丁寧にカットの仕方とかヘヤーカラーなどの話もしてくださり髪の様子を見ながらカラーも進めていきましょうと，寄り添った対応をしてくださり，よかったです。

基本予約制なので待ち時間が殆どありません。担当が決まっているので、毎回細かく希望を伝えなくても分かって貰えるのも嬉しい。ヘッドスパも大変気持ちよく、月１の癒しの時間です。
