I have had a great experience with JFH. July has been nothing but patient and responsive to all my questions and concerns. I had an emergency with gas in my house and she jumped on the opportunity to help me and made sure I had everything secured until someone could come out. Highly recommend!

Horrible agency. They don’t know anything about house. And when stuff broken or has problems in house they always give me wrong info also always give me direction to fix stuff by my own with their Japanese English. I can’t believe they except me to fix Japanese house by myself. I didn’t wanna argue with them and ended up not telling them issues in the house. Because it only makes me upset when I call them. Also I gave them complains about they don’t do their work but no feedbacks lol never.

Worst housing agency ever. Do not use them. They will try to rip you off by tacking on duplicate fees and charges when you move out, as well as try to make you pay for removal of appliances that came with the apartment, etc. They feel they dont need to live up to their end of the contract. I don't know how they're still in business. Stay away from them at all costs.
