We contacted Tark looking for off base housing. With an over-saturated and over priced off base housing market, Tark was able to find us a house that suited all our needs in a timely manner. We got a house in the exact area we were looking for, lots of space, a garage, and at our exact OHA rate so we don’t have to pay out of pocket. He is very responsive to any messages or email we send him, and the housing company is pretty quick to contact the landlord for any maintenance requests we have and get them fixed. I am very appreciative of Japan Family Housing and Tark for being able to help us, and still to this day, helping us with our housing needs!

I have had a great experience with JFH. July has been nothing but patient and responsive to all my questions and concerns. I had an emergency with gas in my house and she jumped on the opportunity to help me and made sure I had everything secured until someone could come out. Highly recommend!

Horrible agency. They don’t know anything about house. And when stuff broken or has problems in house they always give me wrong info also always give me direction to fix stuff by my own with their Japanese English. I can’t believe they except me to fix Japanese house by myself. I didn’t wanna argue with them and ended up not telling them issues in the house. Because it only makes me upset when I call them. Also I gave them complains about they don’t do their work but no feedbacks lol never.

We used Japan Family Housing for 3 years. Tark helped us find the perfect house that fit our needs and was in our budget. Anytime we had anything come up with the house, JFH was quick to respond and help.When it came time for us to leave, Rivers hooked us up! He made sure we knew everything we needed to know when it was time to move out and kept us up-to-date on the whole process. If we ever move back, we will be using them again!
