Best place to rent your car!! Counter staff were all super nice, and one of them even knew how to speak mandarin!It was our bad as we didn’t leave enough time to head to the airport for our flight home - so the returning of the car was a bit rushed. Unfortunately, we also scratched the front of the car and had to call insurance to report the damage. (good that we bought the full package insurance, which covers all damages!)The staff were so helpful, and saw that we were rushing to go through immigration and bag check, and that’s why they even followed us upstairs so that we could talk while walking 😆In the end she asked for the remaining info needed (where we scratched the car, when it got scratched, what caused the scratch), and told us that she would help us finish off the call. Very thankful for that! Happy to say that we made our flight in the end.Will for sure rent from them again during our next visit!
나이드신 남자분이 무척 친절하게 여러가지 자세히 설명을 해주시는데 목적지를 물어보고 ETC카드 대여를 추천해주시거나 아무튼 굉장히 사소한부분까지도 자세히 설명을 해주십니다.그래서 차를 인수할때까지 시간이 조금 걸리는 편인데 앞에 사람이 많으면 성격급하기로 유명한 우리 한국인들은 참을인자 백개쯤 삼키셔야 하니까 최대한 빠르게 줄을 서는걸 추천해요.
차량 대여를 받는데 있어 직원 한 분이 모든 수속업무처리를 혼자서 하므로,앞에 다른 손님이 먼저 절차를 밟고 있을 때에는 다음 순서가 올 때까지 대기하는 시간이 좀 많이 소요되는 점 이외에 특별한 단점은 없습니다.
