店員の対応が親切丁寧で、安心して利用できました。
車は綺麗で快適、快適なドライブが楽しめます。
返却時、一方通行に注意が必要で返却が少し面倒です。
店員さんの対応が親切丁寧で、車も綺麗で快適でした。また自転車もお店の横に置けるので便利でした。
2021/10/24利用。貸出時の対応、ご年配の男性に対応いただきましたが、とても丁寧でした。また、返却が遅れそうになった時も親切に対応いただきました。正直、クチコミ評価が良くなかったため、他が空いてなく仕方なく借りたかったのですが、良かったです。（各自動車メーカーがやっているレンタカーに比べて、それなりに外装に傷があるが、値段が安いのでイーブンなレベル。他の方のコメントにあるような請求はされず。店員によって差があるのか？もしくは過去のコメント等で改善された？）
安くてとてもよかったです。
比較的きれいな車ですが、一方通行なので返却が面倒。

The worst rental car company ever. I do not recommend using their cars. My husband and I got a car from this company for a trip to Fukushima from Tokyo. The car got broken down on the second day of our trip. We only used the car for about three hours before it happened. There was something wrong with the power steering. They first blamed my driving then asked us to leave the car there and take a bus back to Tokyo instead of sending us a new car witch is what I asked them. So we decided to rent an another car from another company. We ended up paying more for the new car because it needed to be one way trip. Anyway I believe they give people cars that isn't in a good condition. And I really am not satisfied with their service!
