初めてのWODで最高の環境を体験しました。
95ポンドのサムソンDLが印象的な内容でした。

運動不足におすすめです。
数年前、沖縄に住んでいた際に通っていました。コーチ、メンバー共にフレンドリーでとても良い時間を過ごすことができました。今は沖縄から離れてしまいましたが、また必ずドロップインしたいと思います。おススメです！
Best CF gym on island! It’s a new, large, clean gym but the ample parking lot is what won me over lol. It quickly became my favorite place to be. When I started I needed a lot of work, well still do but the coaches are great! Coaches always took the time to correct form and provide tips/feedback. The community is even better never felt intimidated or out of place. Everyone is very welcoming and encouraging.
I was a member from 2018-20 until I had to PCS back to the US. The staff and members were great. I always feltwelcome. I was at an average fitness level and never felt that they only cared about the “elite” athletes. I would go back if I ever went back to Okinawa. Definitely a laid back friendly vibe.

I haven’t been a member for about 18 months, I was originally going to write a review when I left but I thought maybe I took things too personal or that maybe my experience was isolated. However, after hearing about other’s experiences I decided to write a review as I believe it’s not me or anyone else who has had a similar experience, it’s the gym. More specifically it’s the owner, Jaime.First let me say, CF Asia has some good coaches, nice equipment and a pretty friendly environment amongst the members. But the owner Jaime’s personality takes away from all that. If it wasn’t for what I previously mentioned this review would be one star instead of two. Jaime is very unprofessional and has his own idea of what “right” looks like when it comes to fitness and CF community. He becomes easily frustrated with members if they are not performing to his standards. I understand that there are different levels of fitness and that is why class levels exists.But what I don’t think Jaime understands is that not everyone is trying to be an Elite Games Athlete. Some people are just trying to join and be apart of a community where they can workout and improve themselves with encouragement. That is not something Jaime does well. He reminds me of a crossfit version of the cobra dude Ben Stiller plays in dodgeball. He and his business would benefit from being more like Vince Vaughn’s character.
The best CrossFit gym on island!
I loved my first WOD there, it had been my first time back in a box in over a year and a half and this was a great opportunity to get back to it. Saturday's WOD was Ryan: 5Rs of 7 MUs and 21 Sumo DL at 95 lbs. My time was 21:50.
