広島公証人合同役場の特徴
広島銀行の真向かい、9階に位置する公証人役場です。
日本語が苦手でも翻訳サービスがあり、サポートが受けられます。
予約なしで効率的に手続きができ、混雑時も短時間で完了しました。
このような場所に公証役場があったんですね。知りませんでした。
未だ行ったことはないが、他の口コミ評価が悪すぎる‼️😱😱行って相談したいが、戸惑います‼️
法律的な契約、証明等には、欠かせないものを扱う公的な場所です。積極的な活用を!
後少しですといわれて待たされた、20分かかりませんよ、という案内は出来ないようだ。
Located on 9th floor in the building directly across the street from the Historic Hiroshima Bank. Behind and the 711 that sits on the main street. Exit the 9th foor and walk straight ahead to find the receptionist. English is not offered in the office however, the Notary that we used understood English well and translation services were provided to change the Japanese to English. Office staff is friendly and efficient. There were 10 people in the office with me and we were in and out within half an hour with no appointment. Be sure and sign in with the receptionist when you arrive.
No appointment necessary to have a document notarized. Very friendly staff and quick and efficient. There are no English speakers in the office, so you might want to bring one along if you need to.

Make sure to consult with them by telephone before visiting. I had my Power of Attorney and a live certificate attested here (that was longtime ago). They handled the attestation properly and provided an English version as well. If you don't speak Japanese, it can be challenging to explain your needs, but they are friendly and efficient.
