Lovely place with great quality matcha and teas for sale. We were even able to sample the tea before buying 🥰 They also sell tea ware and ceramics, and we got a lovely clay tea set.
As a surprise, we got to sample a couple of teas before buying. The owner is very kind.
まさに老舗のお茶屋という感じでとても居心地が良く落ち着きます。店主も奥さんもとても良い方で色々お話してくれるのでオススメ。ぜひ寄ってみてください。
Ein herrlich altmodischer Laden, in dem man den Tee vorher probieren darf. Das nette Besitzer-Ehepaar berät einen sehr freundlich. Ich habe dort Gyokuro, Fukamushicha und Matcha gekauft. Außerdem ein sehr schönes Kyusu-Service.
Great selection of Tokoname kyusu’s. Also ordered the tea ceremony and it was delightful to have the older woman whisk our tea, it felt really special. They have been in the tea business since 1868! I loved visiting this down to earth local tea shop.
