They have a free parking lot with a couple spots! I came to pay my road tax and the staff was really friendly and helpful! They have some English signs display in the building so it was really easy to find the right window. Although the staff don’t really speak English but they tried their best and there were many English directions to help us do it right! It was really easy to pay road tax here, I was in and out within 10 minutes!
For normal sized cars, not motorcycles or mini cars, you pay your road tax here. No line when I went, very friendly and helpful too. Alot of signs are in English also inside the building.

Go here for your Road tax. Located on the first floor with free parking just outside. In and out in ~5 minutes:1. Fill out the form with many signs in English.2. Line up with your form, car paperwork packet (the employees will pull out the required paperwork) and have your Road tax fee out.3. You'll be asked to sit down for a few minutes, and they'll call you back with your new Road Tax paperwork to bring back to the CFAY base VRO.
