ディーラーの法定検査から上がってきたタイミングでブレーキランプスイッチの不良が起こり、差し戻そうとするも20年落ちの車で若干塩対応、加えて年度末でディーラーもカーコンビニも何処も一杯で対応に2週間以上掛かると言われ途方に暮れる。ダメ元で検索して見つけた近所の"アカシ自動車"さんに連絡したら「おやすい御用です」との事。藁にもすがる思いで車検証持参してパーツを午前中に発注→午後に入荷で早速電話掛かって来て、車で向かい5分で修理完了！工賃もこれディーラーの何分の1ですか!?....安すぎて申し訳ないくらい...次回以降の検査と車検是非お願いします！と言って帰って来ました。今時こんな全てに於いて優れた町工場があることに驚愕と感謝しかないです。
キャリア装着で行きました。適当ではなくすごく丁寧に尺で測ってもらい、調整及び説明もいただきました。大変感謝します。

Ich hatte ein Problem mit meinem Auto, welches nur auf 5 Zylindern lief statt 6. Das Problem wurde schnell diagnostiziert und die Neuteile wurden prompt bestellt. Am folgenden Tag wurden die neuen Teile umgehend eingebaut und das Auto funktionierte wieder einwandfrei nachdem weitere kleine Probleme mit behoben wurden. Die Kommunikation erfolgte über Google Translate und war trotz der Barrieren problemlos. Ich vermute, dass es sich hierbei um einen Familienbetrieb handelt und alle waren äußerst zuvorkommend, höflich und nett. Mein Auto war sehr tief, jedoch wurde dies mit Bravur bewältigt, was bei anderen Werkstätten problematisch sein kann. Wenn ich wieder Autoprobleme in der Kansei Region haben sollte, dann ist dies ganz klar die Autowerkstatt meiner Wahl. Äußerst empfehlenswert!I had an issue with my car that ran only on 5 cylinders instead of 6. The issue was quickly diagnosed and the new parts were ordered right away. The following day all new parts were installed and the car ran flawlessly with also fixing other minor issues along the way. Communication was held via Google Translate and even though we didn't speak the same language it went very smoothly. I believe this is a family run business and everyone was incredibly polite, helpful and accommodating. My car was very low and they dealt with that like champions which might be an issue with other shops! If I happen to have car trouble in the Kansei region again, these guys are my shop of choice. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service! Very knowledgeable. Previous auto repair shop told me the head gasket had broken. The experience here was so calming, they worked through the problems methodically and started with the cheapest most obvious issue instead of jumping to an expensive conclusion. Communicated very well with Google translate so no issue for me as a traveller. Very reasonable price and very quick turnaround! Sweet family and cute dog
