The pottery here is just THE most gorgeous we have ever seen. Hand painted (many designed by the owner of the store and made / painted by others).A great family... though a little eager for the sale. They even served us tea and a snack cookie. Just fabulous and beautiful porcelain wares. You MUST go here if you have any love of pottery / dishware.

清水焼の郷会館からほど近い一軒家に、暖簾がかかっている清水焼の老舗器屋さんごめんください、と入らせていただくと若旦那様？が対応してくださいましたそして、お上がりくださいと旦那様、女将様がお座敷にズラっと並べられた清水焼の品々を丁寧かつ細やかに説明して下さいました何度も絵付けされ手の込んだお品やビンテージ品、庶民にも手が出せそうなお品まで、いろんな価格帯の清水焼が拝見出来ましたもしかすると、こちらの予算に応じて色々相談に乗ってくれるかもしれない？と感じてしまう印象のお店でもありました。
