Would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Kyoto! The rooms were clean, spacious and conveniently located!
The place is modern and clean. We were greeted by the lady at reception and she personally took us to our apartment and showed us how to use the facilities. Then when we left, my mum had left her walking stick behind and they helped us organise a courier service to send it to our next stop. Very helpful and great customer service. I would come back again.
Our stay at R&Run Kyoto serviced apartment was wondeful.The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay.The rooms are spacious enough and comfortable.The washing machine and dryer were a perfect help to do our laundry.The hotel is also right at the center of things close to everywhere - beautiful sites, restaurants, bars. Simply perfect.The best thing in our stay here was AY (I hope I'm pronouncing it correctly) - the receptionist who welcomed us and took care of us throughout our stay. With perfect English she took great take care of us. Answering every question instantly. Making reservations for us (restaurants, helping out with car reservation and even sending our luggage to the next destination). Thank you Ay you made our vacation even better than it already was :)All in all the perfect place to be in Kyoto.
Loved our stay here while in Kyoto. Hosts are amazing, fresh towel service on request, even offered fresh coffee if needed. They go above and beyond.The room is very spacious, modern and clean, feels like home away from home. Beautiful decor. Highly recommend!

この立地とこの客室ならリーズナブルと感じました。近くに錦市場があり、祇園や京都御苑も徒歩圏内なので観光にはもってこいの場所です。スタッフの方も親切でとても感じの良いホテルでした。洗車サービスも利用でき、車がピカピカになりました。また利用したいと思います。
Getting ready to leave after a 4 night stay. Couldn’t be happier with our choice. The location is great, the staff were incredible, and the apartment is very beautiful. I would highly recommend staying here! Thank you to the staff, they were so kind, helpful, and a pleasure to work with.
Cosy apartments located really well in Kyoto. The staff are super friendly and apartments host are well equipped to live in for a few days.
