Terrible salon, does not treat foreigners well. I feel that they treat foreigners differently from the Japanese. They might charge for things that were not requested. (This only happened once but never again.) The hair dressers have a tendency to do what they want instead of listening to what is requested. Even if they are given specific instructions with pictures of the type of style wanted they will do whatever they want. With a sorry not sorry at the end. It is a terribly run business that does not care to maintain their clientele. I would completely avoid it.
