The store has an amazing atmosphere, it's filled with light. Everyone working there contributes to this vibe, you simply feel that you are in good hands. Everything feels very professional, starting from the washing and ending with the final styling. To be honest the whole shop is an experience with so much to discover. I was a bit anxious to get a cut without speaking Japanese but everything went super well haha
仕上がりがあまりにもひどく再現性もなければ左右の長さも全く違い、周りの人から自分で目をつぶって切ったのかと言われるほどでした。あまりにもショックだったので電話を掛けると開き直ったような口調で対応され、じゃあどうすればいいですか？のようなニュアンスのことまで言われました。こんなこと書きたくありませんが、よっぽどだったので記載させていただきます。
