毎月通わせていただいてますが、大将のネタの選択、食材・味付けの創作が素晴らしく、毎回新しい喜びを満喫させてもらってます。また、お店の落ち着いた環境とつまみに合う器のセンスが最高です！
ワインのチョイスが素晴らしい。そして、大将オリジナルのアジツケやソースが他では味わえない美味しさ。

I cannot sing enough praise about Chef Shinsuke and his restaurant. Thank you and your staff sincerely for the most memorable and enjoyable dining experience I’ve ever had. His attitude is incredible, and helps create the hospitable atmosphere. As for the food, my favorite part was the perfectly seasoned rice—the perfect vehicle for all different kinds of nigiri. As a foodie on a mission in Japan, I had quite a few nice dinners throughout my travels. Sushi Shinsuke came out on top. I would absolutely book a seat again.
季節と好みに合わせて、様々なお寿しを提案してくれる素晴らしいお寿司屋さんです。
素晴らしい鮨とつまみ、そして日本酒。予約はめちゃくちゃとりにくいというわけではないのでぜひ予約して行くべきお店です。日本酒をたくさん飲んでも3万円弱の値段設定です。
We had an amazing dinner and lunch at Sushi Shinsuke. The chef loves his work very much and this is something you can taste in the amazing food he prepares for you. There was a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant. The quality of the ingredients is very high. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, we will be going back as soon as we can!

周辺のオススメ
器も含めてすべて好みでした！お味に関しては、他の方も書かれている通り、抜群です。店主のこだわりが、すっと馴染んでいく感じ。どの器も素敵で、本当によい時間が過ごせました。
