One of the most relaxing spa experiences I’ve ever had!!!!! And that includes top-rates salons in New York. I had an amazing anti-aging facial and shiodhara hair treatment. The three hour long experience was a relaxation heaven with luxurious massage throughout. If I lived in Tokyo I would be a regular here!!!I am so grateful that they were willing to accommodate an English speaker. Although no one working was fluent in English, we were able to communicate the basics just fine. I hope to be back one day! I will never forget my experience here.
Amazing place that's hidden in a residential-looking area. I actually thought the map was wrong when I was trying to find the place. The interior is beautiful and relaxing. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the staff spoke English (or at least the one helping me did), as in the email they stated that none of the staff spoke English. You MUST book in advance. It even says on the door that walk-ins are not welcome. It is expensive, but the treatment was so relaxing I would highly recommend it.
This is my second visit to Spa Hinoki at Akasaka.The head spa consists of head, neck, shoulders massage, deep scalp wash in a soothing and truly relaxing environment. You will forget that you are in the heart of busy Tokyo as you indulge in their professional services.Reservations are an absolute must (the team can communicate better in written English). 10% discount offered for future visits (reservations have to be made on the spot to be entitled). Payments accepted in both card and cash.
