アイン薬局 上野店の特徴
薬の説明から支払いまで丁寧にサポートをしてくれ、安心して利用できました。
処方箋の薬が在庫切れでも、すぐに他の薬局に連絡して確認してくれました。
限られた日本語でも、親切なスタッフがしっかりと対応してくれました。
病院はマスクが必要であることを失念しており入店。マスク350円７枚入りなので、院内の100円２枚入りと比較してそれほど変わらないことが分かった。
処方箋の薬の在庫がなかったようですが、すぐ違う薬局に連絡して在庫を確認してくださり、薬局の場所も親切丁寧に教えてくださりました。物腰柔らかい方に対応して頂けて嬉しかったです。

After having issues with obtaining multiple prescriptions at other pharmacies, I was advised to come here. (As an english-speaking traveler with very limited Japanese, I was in a tough spot)I met an especially awesome woman who helped console me and explained that one of my medications was in short supply, and that is why I was having problems.She then reached out to some other local pharmacies, found the medication I needed, and brought it to the pharmacy and filled out my prescription. She explained how I needed to take my medications and handled my payment. After making sure I was well-situated, she hoped that I would feel better.I appreciate all the help I got here, as they went above and beyond to help out a sick traveler who needed help! Thank you so much!
