People are polite and they explain to you carefully what you need to do, i went to ask for a schengen visa and had to return one more time for some supporting documents but everyone is nice and patient. You have to ring the bell for them to open the door so just say your purpose of visit and they’ll let you in. The waiting room is quite small so don’t come too early you’ll have to wait till your time to be tended to. Got my visa after only 4 days, so prepare everything right and you’ll get it.

Called this morning. Concerning pasport of my doughter. They picked up prety quick. It was a japanese men, who spoke prety good polish. Later on he connected to a polish person in the embassy. These two gentleman were very polite and took their time to help me.

国旗が紅白で縁起がいいです。ポーランドは親日国。
The experience is kind of an oddball, it was unexpectedly crowded, so half of us were asked to wait outside. Thankfully it was a sunny day. The garden outside is well kept and bigger than it may seem from pictures. The staff is kind, tho your mileage may vary. While they seem to be versed in Japanese, they seem to have difficulty speaking to Japanese people, and usually turn to English.
