良く手入れされた、車でした。スタッフの対応も、大変良かったです。難点は、私の自宅から18分と遠い事です。私は、車椅子なので歩道を18分漕ぐのは、大変でした。

借りる時はスムーズだったが、返す時にどこに止めれば良いのか分からず、スタッフを呼びに行ったらイラっとされ、そのまま置いておいて下さいとの素っ気ない対応だった。

このお店入口でアルコホルおいてます。入口狭くて、よく混んでます。スタッフが多くて、スタッフさんすぐ手伝わせます。車の選択は少ないのでいい車貰えない。This shop has quick and attentive staff, but not knowledgeable about details regarding tire wear and tear. I was given a Toyota Corolla Axio and told the guy the tires tread looked pretty worn and gone, but he insisted that it will be fine if driven on wet roads. I'm a car guy so this was a concern for me especially with a passenger riding along with me. The car selection is pretty small here. It seems they had a lot of older cars and nothing new except a Mazda 2 hatchback. The Nippon Rent a Car in Kanamecho albeit smaller had better selections for cars.The parking isn't convenient unless you get lucky to park along the convenience store. This shop also ran out of ETC cards to lend. Disappointing considering I went in the morning...

何度か利用しましたが、時折洗車が雑！乗り始めに萎える。

駅近のため周りにコンビニが多く、お店に着く前に寄れて便利です。スタッフの方の接客は非常に丁寧で好感が持てます。説明も分かりやすかったです。また機会があれば利用します。

私は私の財布を返却された車の後部座席に置いておき、それについて尋ねると、スタッフは非常に失礼であり、彼らがそれを持っていないと何度もチェックしていると私に言い続けた。車が別のロットに戻され、財布がまだ車の中にあったことが判明しました。これを理解するために、我々は彼らの本社に電話しなければなりませんでした。私が大塚で話をしたスタッフは、彼らがそれを持っていないと絶えず私に言いました、そして、私が日本語で尋ねる何かについて考えるのを止めた時はいつでも、彼はちょうど言った。人々が自分の財布に入れて持っていることすべてを考えれば、これが彼にとってどれだけの因果関係があるのか信じられないでしょう。本部は彼の行動を謝罪しました、しかし、私は皆に知ってもらうためにそれらを使うことを考えさせるべきであると感じました。（原文）I left my wallet in the back seat of a returned car and when I called to ask about it, the staff was incredibly rude and kept telling me they didn’t have it and that they checked many times. Turns out the car was returned to a different lot and the wallet was still in the car. We had to call their corporate headquarters to figure this out. Staff member I spoke with at Otsuka continuously told me they didn’t have it and anytime I paused to think of something else to ask in Japanese, he just said “hello, hello? Anything else??l we don’t have it.” Couldn’t believe how causal this was to him given all that people carry in their wallets. HQ apologized for his behavior but I felt I should let everyone considering using them to know.
