Tim and Chris made sure I was taken care of from day one. They were transparent throughout the entire process. My Honda Fit has been running strong since February, and any issues were addressed promptly. For anyone who has just arrived in Japan I recommend coming here for your first car as they will take care of all the bureaucracy with the car buying process for newcomers. Save yourself the trouble and let them handle it. I've bought/sold many cars back in the US and dealing with ATC Zama is like night and day. Good job guys.
ATC Zama has some amazing staff! They always make me feel like family when I walk in and they treat me with an insane amount of kindness and respect. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and understand the workings of a car. Thank you for everything you do for us ATC!

Been with ATC for 5 years now. Just did the buy back program with them. Exceptional service. They sold me a car that had 0 issues. Very helpful with processing paper work through Zama VDO. Worked with Tim on my final out processing, super nice professional and helpful. Can’t recommend these guys enough when purchasing a car for Soldiers and family members at Zama.
Im really glad I found ATC Zama! Kris and Tim are great. I work on a different base but am grateful someone recommended this place. Their website is clean and up to date, so I was able to easily see their selection (which was better than other SOFA friendly dealerships I had been contacting).They were very accommodating and professional throughout the whole process, even giving tips for transitioning to and driving in Japan. Kris answered all my questions and put me at ease. They helped with VRO.The only thing I wish they had were runners to help with the parking certificate when living off base. However, you can call other SOFA-friendly dealerships in the area for this service.Will update this as I continue to get service from them!

Was easy to purchase a car back in 2023 and was as easy to then be able to sell it back several years later. The support when I had automotive issues was also sufficient. Overall a simple experience if your stationed at Camp Zama.
