Customer service lady didn't speak or understand English well. She was very patient and we used Google translate and managed to understand each other. She was very helpful and nice.She explained that we needed to fill out an online form in English to make things easier for us. She then double checked that I filled it out correctly and made sure that the destination was correct.We went late in the afternoon when there was no queue and she had a lot of time for usHighly recommend the service and will use again.

親切な営業所持ち込み出来ますが平日のみです。

!注意!個人の集荷受付、復活してます。逆に浅草橋駅前センターは閉鎖してますのでご注意を。
