Overall, the house has good aspects and the facilities are fine.I am currently staying here and dealing with a serious noise issue from the room next to mine. The door is motly slammed very hard, which is very disturbing and affects my comfort and sleep, both during the day and at night.I have sent several emails and follow-ups about this issue. Despite the initial reply saying, "We are here to ensure your stay is comfortable," my later emails about the issue continuing have gone unanswered. It is disappointing that this issue is still being ignored.I hope management will take this seriously and respond.I would have preferred to give a higher rating, but because of this ongoing and disruptive issue, I decided to give two stars.
