I'm from Kanagawa, and I've used Tamaru Handpan's rental service twice (4-5 weeks each). All communication was in Japanese.Each time I rented, the owner quickly responded via LINE with information and contract, and shipping/return was no problem at all. Extremely fast and convenient.I am considering purchasing a handpan sometime in the future, but since they are very expensive I want to try it out a few times to see if I like it first.If you have a similar interest in handpans, I highly recommend using their rental service!
