The process of purchasing the Subaru Sambar was straightforward and efficient. From initial inquiries to finalizing the paperwork for export, Mitsui Co Ltd handled everything with professionalism and prompt communication. All necessary documentation was in order, ensuring a smooth transaction which is crucial when buying a vehicle internationally.The Subaru Sambar itself has been a delight in terms of performance. It runs smoothly and has proven to be reliable for my needs, particularly as a utility vehicle for fishing trips and household chores. Its compact size and robust build make it ideal for navigating both urban streets and rougher terrains, which is exactly what I was looking for.However, there was an issue that left me somewhat disappointed. Mitsui Co Ltd did not disclose significant damage to the driver's door of the Subaru Sambar. Upon inspection, it became evident that the door had suffered extensive damage, likely from a previous incident where the vehicle was parked with the door open and rolled back, causing it to hyperextend and catch on something. The repair work done on the door was subpar, and this damage was not mentioned anywhere in the listing or during communication with the seller.While this oversight does not affect the vehicle's functionality for my intended use, it is certainly unsightly and bothersome. I feel that as a buyer, I should have been informed about such damage, especially since I paid top dollar for the vehicle. Transparency in disclosing all aspects of a vehicle's condition, both positive and negative, is crucial for building trust and ensuring customer satisfaction.Despite this issue, I would still consider purchasing from Mitsui Co Ltd again in the future. Their professionalism and the overall quality of the Subaru Sambar, aside from the door damage, speak volumes about their commitment to delivering reliable vehicles. However, I sincerely hope that they will improve their disclosure practices to include all relevant details about a vehicle's condition in their listings. It took about 1 month from the purchase date until the ship arrived in Tacoma, WA, but it runs great and I am very satisfied. Expect some delay in responses because of the time difference if you’re in the states, but they’re legit and honest folks.Even gave me first dibs on a few vehicles that hadn’t made it on the website just yet, so if they don’t have what you’re looking for, I’d bet they could find it.Pricing was straight forward what you see on the website, they even discounted a little without me even asking.Overall 10/10, would purchase again many times over. Check the shipping websites when you get your Bill of Lading draft and you can track your shipment for some peace of mind.

お盆に母方の実家のお墓参りに来たら車が急に壊れました。ダメ元で電話をしてみると、お休みなのにわざわざ私達の車を見てくださり、とても嬉しかったです。その場では直すことはできず、その後結局廃車になりましたが、たくさんお気遣いいただき大変感謝しております。お代はいらないとおっしゃってくださり、尚且つエアコンが壊れて暑いだろうからと冷たいコーヒーも下さりました。あの時は本当にありがとうございました。
