下目黒郵便局は人々が経験豊富で、スムーズな出入りが魅力です。
平日午前中でもわりと混雑しており、時間に余裕を持つ必要があります。
郵便局の前にはポストがあり、便利に利用できます。
普段は空いていて快適です。駐車監視員の狩り場なので、路駐は絶対やめましょう。クルマの場合はPがある目黒郵便局本局へ。
この場所は素晴らしく、人々は経験豊富で、私はいつも素早く出入りしています。近くの大崎郵便局から離れてください、それは比較して臭いです。（原文）This place is great, the people are experienced, and I've always been in and out quickly.Stay away from the nearby Osaki post office, it stinks in comparison.
郵便物や 書留を勝手に宛先不明で送り主に返却する常習犯です。
大して待たされる事もなく、とても丁寧に対応してくれました。
郵便局の前にポストがあります。ATMも完備。待ち合いスペースも広めです。
この近くで働いています。目黒は駅前に郵便局が無いため少し歩かないといけません。二択になるんですが、こちらが割と近場の郵便局になります。何が良いかというと、空いてるから・・・。これは絶対的なアドバンテージですね。あの郵便局独特の時間の流れに比べたら、ここは天国のようなところです。待つのが大嫌いな方は、電車でも車でも構いませんので是非ご利用下さい。
入り口に郵貯銀行の看板があり、そこからマンションのように中に入っていけば正面にあります。そこまで混んではいませんが、ATMが一台しかないのがざんねんでした。また取り扱い時間もすごくみじかいです。
平日午前中でもわりと人の出入りのある郵便局なので、手続きには時間に余裕を持って出かけたほうがいいでしょう。マンションのテナントとなっているのか、共用玄関の前のスペースが広く、一時的になら（雨に濡れずに）自転車を置けそうです。駐輪場・駐車場はありません。記入台には郵便局備え付けの液体のり・計算機などがあり、便利です。

Standard service but I rate them so low because I don't find the service very friendly ( this may be because I'm a foreigner).I've noticed whenever an older gentleman is present at the service desk, the women are VERY pleasant and welcoming, so I'm guessing he's the boss there. but when it's just the usual staff, they're not great to deal with, barely hiding their disdain.They were having a discussion about something I was trying to post, and I tried to help and tell them I was happy to send it another way ( I spoke in English, hoping they might slightly understand, as alot of Japanese in customer service usually do) but the one lady just gave me a look like I was crazy, then ignored me and carried on the conversation with her colleague.I never like coming here, but usually I'm never in here long enough for the poor service to bother me, but today was a bit too rude. Shocking considering how excellent Japanese customer service standards usually are.As I left the staff gave me the obligatory 'thanks for coming, ect' which is odd, since the actual interaction is usually not very pleasant.
