A real home with people who care about each other, pray for one another, and seek to grow in faith and follow Jesus. Glad to be a part of this family - probably wouldn't have adjusted to life in Toyama as well if I hadn't found the church.Both Japanese and foreign nationals of many different countries are part of the community so for first-timers there will always be someone to welcome you and chat you up in English or Japanese - maybe even in your native language if it's neither.EDIT: The church recently acquired property and has moved to a different location!Address: 8-20 Nakafugo, Toyama, 930-0832
若者が多く、温もりのある素敵な教会です。日本語と英語の2ヶ国語で賛美やメッセージを行っています。片方の言語しか話せないよ、という方でも大丈夫。両方の言語を話せる方が多いので安心してください。加えてほぼ毎週、初めて来られる方がいるのでお気楽に。日曜日の10:30頃から人が集まり始め、賛美が11時過ぎから始まり、12時半に全体が終わるという感じ。その後すぐ帰っても良し、みんなと話しながらお昼を食べて珈琲を飲んで帰っても良しです。牧師さんの淹れてくれる珈琲やモカが美味しいです。是非とも気軽に足を運んでみてくださいね。
I'm from Jamaica and this was what I wanted! People are warm and friendly and the name of Jesus is lifted on high, also don't worry about Japanese/English they have translators that translate the sermon wonderfully and this is usually smoothly done. They sing English songs you'll know and a few Japanese, there is also translation on a monitor as well. If you're looking for a church don't look at the word "Protestant" too much. You'll enjoy your time in the presence of the house of the lord!

Very cozy church.. You can feel the love of Christ in this church.. They were very welcoming 😊 Services are bi-lingual so great for english speaking people.. I praise God for bringing us to this church.. will definitely come back, it was our first time but it felt like home.
